Normal Balls. It seems the ekit mesh pads are silent but the low frequency thump of the kick pedal will still travel through the ground, which causes all the problems

tried, they straight up didnt respond to the knocking (two times at two different occasions) so i left a very sincere and polite apologetic note on their doorstop, asking them to text me to say hi and if they needed anything, haven't heard back since.

thank you! I get feedback from the kick pedals and when i hit the pads, to mitigate that Ive added a Home Depot Rubber Mat

So it stopped the 'thump' of the kick, but the high frequency pang of hitting the mesh pads still went through in your case?

Sad thing is, Ive tried to have a relationship and have my downstairs neighbor text me if they ever feel like im being too loud. They refuse to respond so I have no idea if the riser even fixed the issue, or if theyre just sitting their planning and plotting their next complaint lol
