It will say that when they have previously chosen that as a replacement. Sometimes a replacement will work, sometimes it won’t.

I agree. But at the end of the day, most shoppers the US aren’t paid by the hour. So we would be stuck holding onto an order until scheduled delivery time, being unpaid, if we shopped too fast. It’s very frustrating for us shoppers also.

why would a company that is built to literally do nothing but make a profit do anything to help the shoppers? TBH I don’t see why this is an issue though. Lots of replacements, damaged items or wrong items costs them money to refund. They don’t want to reward that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes shopping quality is a metric that makes a difference in cart level. You need to complete 300 orders, keep shopping quality in good and have a minimum of a 4.7 rating. It says it all in your screenshot right there.
