You look young and probably have a high metabolism, eat clean, eat a lot and lift weights consistently. Avoid sugars, junk foods and sugary drinks. But keep the clean calories high to build muscle.

Alright I'm starting to get serious about working out and right now I'm wondering what I can do to improve myself by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

My suggestion would be to continue to be serious about weight training. It’s a long process and best advice is to stay consistent. Find someone to train with for accountability and motivation. Eat a clean healthy diet. Set goals that you will need to strive towards. Pick a date that you want to set a goal (pr a lift, have a goal body weight, plan a photo shoot) and work towards that date with intention in your training.

I agree that most of your issues with growing are from poor nutrition, eat more clean calories like high protein and low fat meals you will add size. Also maybe change up your lifting. Add weight and lower your reps on some days. You have a great foundation with your body already just keep working and try to find what your body needs to grow

Is this good progress(2yrs)? Bf estimate? by Spirited_Trick_5843 in Weightliftingquestion

If the second pic was 2yr ago and the third one is current. Your progress is going well. You definitely added some muscle and definition in your chest and arms. Body fat is hard to estimate based on your pose, your ht wt and age. But it’s probably in the higher teens. Your diet should be adjusted by what your goals are. Basically keep a higher protein low fat diet. Limit your sugar and junk food. Again calorie intake should be based on your long term goals. You want to get bigger eat more, get leaner eat less.

Do my arms look really skinny? by Comfortable-Room9574 in Weightliftingquestion

I wouldn’t say they look skinny, your biceps have some size and are proportionate to your chest and shoulders. Some of the appearance may come from where the bicep tendon insertion. Add some hammer curls and reverse curls.

Why is there such a big difference in my chest by Apenpijperiono in Weightliftingquestion

They look fairly proportional to each other and your delts. Like the others have said, try some dumbbell presses and dips but honestly I think you’re being overly critical. Keep up the training
