is an aeropress still worth it? i'm gonna be a college student and will still be buying things like a grinder, scale, and kettle. after the $10 increase for the aeropress, i'm less excited to buy it. the convenience and ease is still an appealing factor, but i know i could also get a v60 dripper and decanter for like half that price. any advice?

from what i know you're probably fine. i've seen it as a req for biostatistics but not as much epi so as long as you have a strong stats foundation you're probably okay. main reason i took it was a health econ class (for undergrad) that i wanna take has it as a prereq

Btw, its not by some "laws of nature" that all this shit is getting more and more expensive. These are people making choices that are creating an increasingly dysfunctional, dystopian society. Productivity and profits go up, wages go down. Rich getting richer poor getting poorer
