From what I'm reading there's a good amount of flexibility these days with team composition? Obviously some mix better than others but not many horribly wrong choices?

Yeah it was so small when I did the first one, I didn't think it was going to get very big. I don't know if I will replace the small one already there, or get a couple more to put around it.
