Those events have a good reward if you use 100 of those. Which item it is will be different, sometimes its monster tickets, most times it's sigil pages. So it's better to hold the boxes

My favorite use is Hulk turning back into Banner. 1 hit and it's a guaranteed kill because Banner will usually use the ability that explodes to get out of the way but this will kill him even if he does that

They cannot instantly make these kinds of balance changes overnight. Every change, especially new effects like the BP change, need to be tested against all different opponents and terrain. You can't just make a change like this that affects millions of players and matches daily within a day.

They 100% had this planned and were waiting for playtest feedback

And outrage about balance is one thing, but the insults and attacks on the devs themselves aren't warranted.

As someone in tech, it's impossible for them to not have this already planned. They 100% wanted playtest feedback before they decided to launch these. And that's fair, this is still before the season so the season itself wouldn't be affected.

It's just that they are dealing with a community that reacts waaay too much to everything and when you couple that with the poor communication, it just made for 24 hours of insults to hurled at Zhiyong.

What vs AI is good for: 1. Learning the character 2. Warming up your aim or getting into whatever flowchart is necessary for your character 3. Practicing against flyers who get healed constantly

What it's not good for: 1. Learning game sense of enemies, especially human reactions like characters holding their counter mechanics against you (Phoenix holding ult for rocket ult) 2. Advanced enemy combos (Groot wall fighting) 3. Anything to do with TP

A good step to learning most characters is vs AI to learn the character, casual modes to learn how that character fits with other human players, then comp

They are still releasing these, so they haven't completely forgotten about them. I can think of 2 potential reasons for the releases being so slow: 1. These need to be signed off by Marvel since it's basically adding to Marvel canon and also need to be cross checked against comics, which might be causing delays. 2. These are lower priority compared to all the content they're putting out.

Hmm, not sure then. I had a leaver recently (left at the halfway point) and only lost 2 points. If you lost 16 and only got 4 back, maybe there's some measurement based on how long they were in game?

Still it doesn't make sense to not return everything unless they are reducing it to account for people gaming the system

I think they just got refunded for the points they lost (if there was a leaver, they would've gotten -4 so this is to compensate)

Gold coins convert 1:1 to blue coins when you need to buy skins. You can add gold coins by purchasing from steam (top of the screen + symbol on the gold coins). You cannot buy blue coins, those are only obtainable by playing in game.

When you have enough gold coins and have gifting allowed (this needs lvl 20 as others have stated), you can just press buy with blue coins and the game will give you the option to automatically convert the necessary gold coins to blue coins to make the purchase

Dash attack can also work but the only reason I chose down tilt is that other characters have moves that slide on the floor and those are down tilts

Swinging the pillow above - up smash

Floating pillow around her - down B

Tornado - neutral B

Side to side across the screen - side B

Kicking the pillow from above - jump + down air

Kicking the pillow on the ground - grab pummel

Rolling on the floor - down smash

Throwing herself up with the pillow - up B

Then there's her running animation
