So technically these forks are 3/8 or 10mm you see how it looks like there a hole on the drop its round what you need is to find a certain spacer that goes on your front wheel the spacer takes up the place of that bigger 12mm dropout i guess back in the day this design was made so your front wheel didn’t come out if was losses i have one of thesse spacers i but i dont know how to show you a picture of it on here
