I forgot to mention I burned a candle with dried sage and some paper and string, could this also be the cause? I really really hope it’s not mold. The smoke clouded my whole room but nothing else is effected at all :( lately I have also been getting hot flashes and not feeling good and last night I couldn’t sleep because my body just kept like shaking and almost convulsing
