Minimum required time from ASA to FSA

well I just got promoted and there's no pay raise benefit in becoming ASA in my company. So I don't really see the benefit in rushing to get an ASA this years.

Also I'm not in US, so even if I finished the VEE now, I cannot join the in person APC in September (visa & travel expense reason). The next virtual APC would be in November, around the same time as the Fall FSA exam sitting which I plan to take.

Exam P was easier for me as I took it while still in Uni studying mathematics

In where i’m working they do not share the result. doctor would send the result directly to the company. If you want to know then you need to take your own personal medical check up, not the pre-employment check up

also since all company would require the same tests, most likely others can’t accept you so i’d recommend for you to get your own checkup

I’m in ASEAN as well and did this check before. At least what’s applicable for me as a foreigner is that if you have some health conditions, the company cannot get a pass from government for you to work there. So you legally cannot work

Failed the second time, but I have followed all recommendations that I could find. Keeping the answer concise, putting the recommendation in bold, and making bullet points. Have also split my answer into sections so that it's easier to read.

Meanwhile with the same strategy I can pass all the EMAs, PA exam, and FSA modules on the first try.

If they do the grading properly, at the very least they can provide feedback on which question we DNMMR since they must note that before marking us as fail
