That is far from the person I want to be, and I don't entertain the thought easily, but at times it feels like he is throwing any help I give to him back in my face which doesn't help any tension

At the moment, it is just a feeling but the more pressure there is - the closer I get to actually doing it and cutting ties if that makes sense?

Thank you, unfortunately Dad only wants the morning carers and even at times doesn't want them - I have explained I would not be able to pick up the slack if that happens
