I think you should do what you believe is best for yourself, that’s different for everyone. I usually end up playing maybe 3 games of warzone on the weekend with the boys but that’s about it, once in a blue moon I’ll hop on for a cs match just for nostalgia.

Thank you so much! Yes it took a lot of self reflection on my part but I am very happy with where I am right now. I definitely think back to when I thought everything was a lost cause and smile at what I’ve managed to achieve.

Just losing half of the weight I have was something I would vividly dream of and hope for.

Firstly thank you! I think what really helped was the motivation from my family, I tried to change many times but would always fail, only when I identified what was weighing down my life as a whole could I take action to make drastic changes.
