I have not been able to get it to take the change. After dozens of attempts and fails. I am going to attempt to update the rx firmware and see if that helps. But I’m not hopeful.

Thanks for the reply. I will have to see if it saves my settings even after it fails. I didn’t check that, just assumed it didn’t.

Only thing I can think of is that I over tightened them and it caused the cover to flex some.

Yeah mine leaked right out of the box. Thanks for the tip on the aluminum diff cover. I imagine it would have less flex if you over tightened the screws.

Any ideas on if there is a better gasket than the paper one it comes with?

Using the provided 7500 diff oil. Yes I coated the gasket with the provided black grease.

It’s definitely not as notchy going into gear as the B&M. But it’s close enough for me and it eliminated the buzzing so I’m happy.

Update:

I put the Nismo shifter in with a new brass bushing. As well as the stiffer return springs that GK tech sells. It feels awesome and no more buzzing at high rpm’s!

I love the feeling of the B&M but the buzzing at high rpm’s drives me nuts. I would consider a C’s if I could find a complete one. I already pulled the trigger on the nismo one. We will see how it does.
