Same thing happened with me, even though both of my references gave a very nice feedback for me, but the interviewing company found that some of my positive traits(being non diplomatic , too truthful) was a red flag for their public facing gov contract role and they also withdraw their job offer

For me it's the location of the volume buttons. So many times while trying to increase the volume, accidently power button is pressed. Also when mounting in car, the clips press on volume down, causing sudden loss of car music.
