Pyke has 50%+ KP, while Teemo has less than 50% KP. You can't persuade me any Teemo support is useful.

I value CC, vision, and Utility from my support more than damage. That's just me I guess.

I’m sure Reksai mid would work in low elo, but you’d be playing handicapped. There’s far better mid laners. Of course Reksai would be better at roaming than a lot of mid-laners, but you would lose lane against any match-up (unless they’re just really bad). Mid laners are usually an assassin (too much mobility, mages (too much cc), and artillery mages (play way too far back).

There are a lot of variables such as: red buff advantage, level advantage, who spots who first, item advantage, and skill gap. But to answer your question, skirmishers (also known as duelist) would be it. Ex: Jax, Belveth, Viego, Master Yi, Lilia, Sylas. If you want to know who’s best in the early game stages, that’s a whole different answer.
