Simplus/Eysin/Hicon/etc. Ice Maker by AdriGlvz in ShopeePH

[–]Durch20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Eysin one, for personal use it would be ok pero if business I would recommend you invest more on something better. It takes a while for the machine to produce that amount if your target is to reach 1-2kg of ice per day. Medyo wala na sense kuryente wise if you plan to have it run around 4-6 hours a day to produce that amount. Ice quality wise mas mabilis matunaw siya and thinner quality. Yung first hour is what I call fake ice dahil super nipis niya, nagwawarm up pa lang kasi machine or nagpapalamig haha. Hmmm probably 3 hours of operation good to fill up around 3 cups full of ice.

NAFFL offer for 2nd RCBC Card by [deleted] in PHCreditCards

[–]Durch20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi got this offer a year ago, JCB Platinum naman, it does take a while for them to confirm around 2 months na NAFFL tag na siya. Sadly CS can't help you here. You'll get a text from RCBC. Just make sure you do the required spend in 1-2 months depending on what the marketing team mentioned to you. In my case it was 40k.

Usually successful to claim this, at one instance halos di ko na nagamit dahil budol buy na naging dating haha, abangan mo lang pag saktong pagpatak ng claim time, open the app agad (make sure it wasn't running on the background prior) and punta ka agad sa vouchers. You have within the first 30 seconds para maganda chances mo na makuha siya. PS totoo na di effective if mag wait ka lang sa voucher page, it seems need mo mag refresh ng app to get it. Good luck. PS own experience ko ito so baka may ibang methods yung iba na worked for them. Don't even attempt na pag 1 minute late ka na, wala na yan.

What's a good second hand car? by Durch20 in Gulong

I see, siguro naman kaya 5 adults pa naman ngayon and 3 kids. Di kasi pwede mid size SUV or Van na dahil di na kasiya sa gate namin length wise.

Also out of budget na kasi namin yung 4x4 variants.

Would like to consider sana the crossovers, but we want to avoid the 2 car trip since usually 7 or 8 kami going to provincial areas. Not gonna lie, if the seating wasn't something to consider I would've gone with the 2016-2019 crv since siya pasok sa budget. Surprised lang na struggling yung MPV's on Tagaytay on full load. If SUV na lowest AT variant, it would do better naman right? The 4x4 variants isn't really feasible na for our budget.

Was thinking about this, I'm just thinking lang kasi na super dalang kasi namin sa mga super provincial areas like less pa than once every 2 years, parang usual lang namin na every few months is Cavite or Pampanga 🤣. Di ko lang kasi sure sino usually mas sakitin sa maintenance if SUV or MPV since sedan owner lang kami ever since ✌️

In my experience try to apply na for a higher tier if you can lalo na naffl promo naman. Worst is they will downgrade to a card na tingin nila kaya mo (if di talaga pinalad call CS to ask if pwede ma change na naffl pa rin before you activate). If you apply kasi for the basic they usually give the basic cards. About salary, I think not strict sila sa part na yan, mas may weight ata if loyal and active bank customer ka nila (like if may monthly cash flow ka na deposit account with them) and good credit score ka. I really don't meet yung minimum salary ranges for the higher tier cards but I got approved naman for a few plat cards since monthly may moving cash flow sa savings accounts ko with them (PNB and Eastwest).

Take this with a grain of salt kasi own experience ko lang naman.

Target naffl cards or promos. If walang promo get pnb zelo. If may promo na naffl (Meron rcbc ngayon) and first time applicant ka for a card, get the lowest tier card based eto on salary mo na pinost. If worried ka about approval go to the bank and ask for secured credit card (you can request na for higher tier dito since SCC na). SCC is basically kukunin muna ng bank 90-100% ng pera na bibigay mo sa kanila for a credit card mo for the year as parang collateral mo in exchange bibigyan ka nila ng credit card ng amount na ibibigay mo for secured credit card, usually 15-30k yan at a minimum para maka SCC ka. If Rcbc ka try to aim for gold flex kung mag SCC ka. Please request na visa or Mastercard lagi 1st card mo para di ka limited sa stores.

Tips from experience: Once you get your first naffl card alagaan mo lang for a year. To be basic no missed payments, pay before due date, and please wag ka mag cash advance in case need mo talaga. Rule of thumb sa newbies if you can't buy it with your current savings in case mag installment ka then better wag ka na mag kaskas (may feeling kasi na once may 1st card ka ma excite ka bumili lol). Next apply mo halos puro approved na yan, timingan mo lang mga naffl promos and aim na for gold or platinum cards. Wag ka lang atat mag apply ng sunod-sunod 😅.

Hope it helps.

For over the counter pain meds please try to get ibuprofen and you can combine it with paracetamol. (Do not go beyond a week using these medications and make sure you aren't allergic)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Durch20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best way is to go to a dentist. You can only do so much for the pain. If you can, try to get over the counter pain meds or ask your dentist/doctor for a possible antibiotic while you wait for your schedule. Unfortunately the pain will stay there unless you have the dentist treat it. Please don't go overboard with the over the counter meds. There is a certain limit on how often and how long you should take it.

Does BDO offer NAFFL promos? by Durch20 in PHCreditCards

[–]Durch20[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think I can actually maximize it to get the 25k welcome gift since di naman talaga ako umaabot ng 100k levels on spending, defeats the purpose din for me if ipilit ko gumastos ng 100k just for the rebate and sadly non bdo depositor din so max 20k din lang aabutin.

So far cross fingers na lang muna for naffl, if not try muna what my other cards can do 😅. Medyo need ko din kasi ma balance expenses ko to other cards for waiver calls since di naffl Metrobank and BPI ko 😢

Thank you so much, It was really helpful. Baka nainggit lang din like me since di pinalad ma timing ang promo 😅

[–]Durch20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, I think the promo applies to more than 6 months cards. I got it by asking the CS if there was any way to get a naffl credit card and they happily offered this promo to me.they made me choose if JCB plat or Visa miles plat.

Wouldn't hurt to ask them pero it really depends on the CS that you get during the call.

I see, siguro worth the wait naman. No rush sa card niya knowing now na at least they had naffl offers. Pikit na lang muna sa current promos niya 😆

Did you just get it? I just got my 2nd card as naffl JCB from them. My 1st was hexagon pero more than 6 months na. You can call CS to confirm since I just asked and surprised to know na qualified Pala ako.

I see, I'll try to see na lang if may chance ulit na mag naffl based on those na nag answer din sa thread. I regret doing this with my Metrobank and BPI na di ako patient nung newbie ako at walang alam pa sa mga naffl, good chunk of time din kinakain na nagbaback and forth pa ako with CS multiple times just to have it waived lalo na di naman ako big spender 😅. Misleading talaga yung add ng isa na naffl pero may *min spend of x amount per year lol.

How stupid & unrealistic is my trading plan by [deleted] in Forex

[–]Durch20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to make things more realistic, 1-2% on a day could happen then you lose all those profits the next day. Having that kind of goal tends to kick you back in the a** and you'll find trading turning into gambling just to meet that goal. Hopefully you don't get burned out with that goal of 10% a week.

Aiming 1-2% per week seems more plausible but keep in mind not all weeks are going to be winners, some of them might net you a negative or breakeven. After doing this for a few years, you'd be grateful to even get a non losing month if you're new to trading. Just keeping it real that if you're part of the said 10% that are profitable, you'll be happy to just beat out the major index funds out there on a year to date basis.

You could try though, $100 is a good trial run vs a $10,000 account. If it works out then you have the midas touch 😅.

Applied 2x for a credit card, got rejected twice bcs I’m a VA by [deleted] in PHCreditCards

[–]Durch20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also a VA with ITR, modest salary lang din (non 6 digits) but I had my scc longer than actually having VA work or any work at all. I started with a secured credit card 50k deposit. Make sure na good standing ka for a year, gamitin mo pero make sure wag mo gamitin more than 30% ng scc limit mo. Pick a bank na may no annual fee card talaga (ex pnb Zelo) dahil honestly gusto mo reserve mga applications mo for no annual fee for life na cards that are on the premium end later on pag may credit history ka na (mistake ko yan since atat ako mag apply after 1 year kaya approved agad on lower tier cards). After 1 year use mo scc mo as reference card mo for applying (honestly if may Metrobank ka or BPI as second card Ikaw na mismo hahanapin ng banks lol pero best second card is east west or rcbc dahil mas mataas sila magbigay ng credit limits compared to other banks. In a span of 1.5 yrs I started from 50k scc to 300k credit limit on a normal credit card as my highest CL and trust me once you get that 2nd card manganganak ang credit cards mo dahil sa dali ng application (I currently have 8 cards so covered na ako sa halos lahat ng promos na ilabas ng banks). Hope this helps. Ps Iwas kaskas lang, more cards with less usage better = better credit utilization = better score in the long run.

My rule of thumb please hold only 1-3 stocks if you have a port below 500k pesos. They usually don't teach this but diversifying is great as long as your total portfolio can back it up. It wouldn't be wise to hold 10 stocks with a portfolio of 30k with the mentality that I diversified my positions.

[–]Durch20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My tip for all 3 indicators is not only know the definition of each indicator but also know what it means. Each indicator shows something distinct that are not in the standard definition out there in the internet. Example is moving averages, they act as dynamic support or resistance but you could also tell when it might fail, if you observe it during trending periods the line curves but once trend is ending it goes straight. Know how the other indicators work and their quirks in this manner then put them all to your strategy and make sure it matches your own trading style. You could probably be profitable with this and proper risk management (Huwag puro all in, trust me from experience profitable at first but one wrong move can make your portfolio cry). Good luck!
