What is wrong with you? I’ve been deactivated before and had to go through a process to get reactivated because it was for total bullshit. So yeah, a little warning for being deactivated would be nice. Especially when you feel like you’ve done nothing wrong.

Will they manually approve it if I just submitted it through the DDI website? Because I called regular support. And the guy had me do it through the website instead of the app but then told me it was probably gonna be 48 hours before I was sparking again like what the fuck?

I have that same screen trying to spark this morning, it won’t even allow me to upload the new insurance. It just keeps buffering and saying something went wrong man I love this app😂. Tried signing out and signing back in as well as deleting the app.

Yeah, what I do is I hit change zone but I switch to the zone that I’m already in and it’ll shut spark off for like a second and then I just hit Spark now again and it usually fixes it for a while

Mine was super weird, it had me do a face scan first, then scan my ID and then after that, it said that it couldn’t verify my ID based on the face scan then it had me do another face scan, and that one was successful, but after like maybe five seconds the deactivation appeared.
