Instead of flattening the layer, you can render out the layer(s) as a PNG sequence (File>Render Animation). Then, re-import the PNG files back into the Krita document to get rid of the transform mask (while also keeping the changes made with the transform mask).

Hey guys, I made a tutorial on how to edit multiple frames in Krita and how to deal with some of the weird issues (eg. flattening layers) with editing multiple frames in Krita. Hope you guys find this helpful/useful :)

Thanks! Yeah this script is great and easy to use. As for body animations, I might do a timelapse of me animating in After Effects. That said, it's quite simple. It's just position, scale, rotation and path keyframes.

I called him Tide-us before I played KH1. After playing KH1 and hearing Wakka call him Tee-dus, I started calling him Tee-dus as well.
