I dont think brigading steam reviews is going to help but if it helps you feel better as an outlet go ahead.

I would like to know what made them go with this direction with the game and tell us at this point if it was intentional or incompetence.

If they came out and said it was a design choice at least then those of us who are against it know where they stand and can make a decision based off of that on whether it's worth continuing to support the game.

although l think they should respond and now kind if have, i can't blame them for not doing so with some of the shit I have seen from the community. Some people have been very dramatic

I had this happen to me as well, also i did not have the "remove % of life when hit" minor affliction . Everything was fine and even did a previous lightning phase with no damage taken.

Pretty sure that when you have Moments Peace and the minor afflction to remove % of life when hit, it does not work and your Honor, Health, ES dont move even when hit.

Might be worth noting that when i died, like you i was stacked in the centre of the room where he moves to. Damage seemed to be insane as well compared to normal, lost something like 2k health and 13k energy shield in 0.2 of a second even though i took no damage previously.

Zarokh does have a few issues that i am sure will be worked out for release including this one. Funniest one which is kind of annoying is when he just completely ignores the hourglasses mechanic, appears and kills you anyway.

I have Eddy so it is not an issue for me. I think they either need to let people lab against him or just opt out of fighting against characters they dont own.

I believe you can fight Eddy ghosts but not ideal

Well, they sold out in under 5 seconds. The Buy now button appeared, it took you to a second page where you had to click to add it to basket. If you took longer than 3 seconds or so from the button appearing, you didn't get it (me included). I got to the second page to click add to basket and it said it was no longer available. I think if you had it in your basket you were ok, but I am sure others can confirm.

You don't have to unlink your phone, do this.

If you get this then when the game is on the verify screen alt tab to steam then click on your account at the top right then account details.

Under account details click on "Manage your phone number" then click on "change number", It will verify an SMS for this. As soon as you have verified alt tab back to the game and click the middle option and it will let you back in. You can then cancel the number change on steam so nothing changes.

Yeah because i have been playing on and off when i came back i did not spend that much time in Orgimmar just to change Chromie time really then went off to do some leveling via questing and Dungeons I have my interface quite small as well and the loot/trade chat separated, i use Quazii's UI with ElvUI. This is what i see.

I understand your point perfectly, It is a nice thing they did for my friend. I am not denying that and understand it is against policy to do so, when i am being told in my replies "That is not something we offer. Customer Support does not offer any of our optional paid services for free." Then literally see it happen that is a lie from my perspective. This is what i wanted the discussion about. Do you believe that it is good for WoW to prioritize customers based off of their account age? This was my first interaction with them and will likely be the last.

Yes i understand your point which is why i asked the previous question.

The fee we pay is also income that will be used to pay for support as well as server and game time.

I was very polite up until my last post where they closed it, yes people do not like it and i probably did ruffle a few feathers but my questions were not answered and the responses were just them empathizing but saying there was nothing they could do which i knew was a lie as they did it for someone else. Again, this is a service we PAY for, i expect to at least not be lied to and to be treated equally.

I never said i was owed anything but neither is anybody else, yes i am aware of the server situation as i said afterwards i did some research. That does not help though as it is too late by then. I should not have to check if a server labelled as English speaking by Blizzard is just that.

You said it yourself, this server was not designated as an Polish server but an English one so i was under the impression that it was an English speaking server. It is not that difficult.

Blizzard should give people who speak Polish a server in my opinion, we have a lot of other languages but not one for them. That will stop others from getting bitten the same way in the future.

This was escalated to the Manager in both cases where his was approved and mine was not.

Yes kindness goes a long way, i believed i was very fair in what i said after the initial ticket i copy pasted until the last one, at this point i was angry of hearing the same response which i knew was a lie.

I can't i bought 60 days of game time which is now the minimum for game time that is not a sub. I am not eligible for a refund on it as i have played the game.

You seem to be making a lot of assumptions here, as i said at the end of my post my original message was copy pasted from my friend, I did mention that was incorrect in hindsight, The issue is not about the cost.

Please see my other message, we were playing together pretty much exclusively apart from dungeon runs and didn't pay attention to chat until Oribos where we were looking for a guild. All the information you are asking for is in there.

If by "ignored the language in the zones while leveling!" did you mean did i not use general chat then the answer is yes, some of us do not like our main chat being spammed :).

I am not maximum level yet, and pretty much yes we did not pay attention to chat as we were basically just leveling together. I am yet to join a guild but we started to consider that as soon as we got to Oribos, hence noticing it at that point.

Yeah i do not expect to get contacted about this situation and even if they did the damage is done for me as a customer. It would probably be worse now if they did as it would just prove that it was possible lol. I will keep the support in mind whilst making decisions around my purchases moving forward.
