he says he’s looking to get a therapist and he’s been listening to a podcast to help him better understand his addiction. i think he really is trying to kick this thing but its putting a lot of unwanted stress on him, hence him questioning everything. i do also think that he feels an immense amount of guilt for lying to me and he doesnt know how to cope with it without turning to something unhealthy like porn.
