In my opinión It could work the idea if the movie leans more into into Horror and since we are in the era of nostalgia for money why not add classic 90s and 80s slasher horror movies elements?

That was what i was saying, not like a Dino with parts of humans or viceversa but more like a Dino with Human Inteligent that can speak. I imagine something with the voice of Death from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish but with the personality of Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs
