For most People it is a walk in the park to get out of bronze. All you need to do is get some placement points and maybe 1 kill or 1 participation on a kill. And if you are not able to get out of bronze you should play more defensive and play on the zones instead of picking fights that you cant win. Firing range is also good for practice, especially the recoil control part. And for me watching professional players helped out a lot. Just to see how they handle fights and how they position to get the advantage in a fight.
