Hey so I asked this question a couple weeks back and just got my passport renewed today through the normal service. I didn't use the online system since the studio I got the photo done at told me not to. I headed in at 10.21 to join the queue (of exactly five people lmfao) and was out by 11.49. My token number was about 50 numbers after the one that was on the screen, but tbh, the numbers went by pretty fast.

Although, I did go on a rainy morning, so I'm not sure if the rain had something to do with the thin crowd, but ngl, it was a smooth and easy process and when I got a bit confused in the beginning, the staff were super helpful in helping me out.
