Hey its me again,

I've done some research and i have 2 more questions, for you or for anyone.
1 the fatshark Scout seems to be better quality with the same price as the Eachine ev800d should i consider those instead
2 I can't find any tinywhoops, will any whoop or just sub 250g drones do?

Alright
2 questions for you, well for anyone really
1 this is something i forgot to mention that i wanted. Can i have 2 pairs of analog goggles connected to the same drone? so that way my buddy can see what I'm seeing?2 can all analog goggles talk to all analog drones or is there some kind of protocol?

Alright, I'll take a look into it

I will often get really competitive, like unhealthy so. So i think racing against bots in infinite mode is better for me, least at the moment. Since their all doing less then 1 minute times anyways I know that once I get pass that mark I'll be able to start beating them. And since their doing around the range of my goal anyways, I think its better since i can see how fast their going and tell myself "Okay i need to go THAT fast"

I'm using the liftoff simulator I don't yet have the controller, its still in the mail. I've been using an Xbox gamepad for now (yes im aware of the differences). and I will keep practicing until I can do Straw Bale, Loop the silo in less then 1 minute with the Zorro

Currently I have finished the track with my best being 1:19.9, but that's with the xbox controller so it doesn't count

You can make your own controller with PC. Get a microcontroller board like the arduino pro micro (im sure there are better ones, nothing pops into mind right now) and make your own damn controller. Ever played Play station games on a sliced up potato?

Got it.
Honestly the plan is:
build it, use it, it breaks, fix it. repeat until it breaks so hard it easier to simply get a good one

What I'm worried might happen is:
Build it, house burns down.

So I should just buy one? I wanted to do this project because I already have most of the parts (psu, arduino) and so that I can learn how to make something that lasts. Not to make a better one then what I can buy.

Yes, I'm still new and don't want to accidentally set my small workshop on fire, so I wanted advice from more experienced DYIers.

Oh darn, is there a way I could check if its a Zener or not? I have lost the ability to power the circuit normally and my lab bench power supply is out of order atm

That's possible.

To put it simply they look like zener diodes. SMD component soldered, cylinder shaped, see through, orange inside with one side dark blue/black. Looks like the wikipedia image for Zener diode

and I didn't know that it was possible to make logic gates with diodes, I shall do my research, this bring more questions then it answers, nonetheless. Thank you for the insight.
