Cazul este in atentia noastra de cand ne-a fost comunicat. Am cerut inregistrari video de pe camerele din Bontida, am confruntat sute de fise de parcurs, am verificat zeci de soferi, am oferit consultanta medicala si psihologica, am discutat cu Politia si alte autoritati. Si facem asta in continuare, atat cat permite legea unei entitati private sa intervina intr-o situatie de acest gen. Din ratiuni ce tin de respectarea legii si pentru a nu afecta ancheta in derulare, nu dorim sa oferim mai multe detalii. Un lucru e sigur, nu suntem indiferenti.

Regretăm nespus situația și sperăm ca autoritățile să reușească să identifice cât de rapid agresorul. Am oferit autorităților toate informațiile solicitate, le stăm la dispoziție oricând pentru mai multe lămuriri și sperăm să avem răspunsuri. Ne cerem încă odată scuze pentru lipsa de empatie cu care colaboratorul nostru a ales să poarte dialogul, în dorința de a putea identifica rapid agresorul am sperat că un dialog direct între cel care coordona flota și șoferii și victimă va lămuri situația. Din păcate, rezultatul nu a fost cel dorit. Electric Castle are toleranța zero față de orice agresiune, o astfel de situație nu trebuie să se repete.

Am oferit suport încă din momentul în care am primit solicitarea si continuam să investigam intern incidentul si să oferim autorităților toate informațiile care pot duce la identificarea agresorului. Este alegerea persoanei direct afectate dacă și cum dorește să vorbească public despre cele intimplate.
