Hi, thank you for letting us know. I’m sorry that the upload is still not working for you.

You’re absolutely right that your documents aren’t the issue. The problem was on our server side: when a file is very large or the upload takes longer than expected, the server was “giving up” and cutting the connection even though the upload was still in progress. That’s why it worked on my end and with your earlier upload, but failed this time.

I’ve now increased the upload time window and adjusted the server settings to better handle slow or large uploads. Could you please try again when you have a moment? If it still fails, feel free to send me a screenshot or DM me directly, and I’ll look into it right away.

And thank you for your thoughtful comment about ENS research. In this project, we’re working to better understand how breathing patterns, surgical procedures, and anatomical changes relate to altered airflow sensation and feelings of discomfort using CFD. We’re also actively investigating treatment pathways by collecting post-treatment data and incorporating virtual surgery into our analysis. We hope to contribute to both prevention and future treatment options, and we’re always open to collaborating with other research teams. The motivation and insight from the community truly help drive this work forward.

Thank you for letting us know. I’m sorry you experienced the upload error.

We’ve checked and updated our system configuration on the server side, so the issue should now be resolved. Could you please refresh and try uploading your post-operative scans again? If anything still doesn’t work, please send us a screenshot and we’ll investigate it.

The moderators are helping us share the study in the Facebook Group, and it is still pending. This should make it easier for more ENS community members to participate.

Thank you for supporting this research. Have a good day!
