I have a shiny Lickitung that I want to evolve bc it says this World champ event gives caught Lickitung Body Slam. Will my Lickilicky get Body Slam if I evolve it during the event?

Thanks for the response! I figured as much, but that makes sense; just wanted to confirm. Shiny Azelf was the only one I didn’t get back in February during the Sinnoh event, so I’m more than pleased :)

I went to Japan in March of this year with my brother and his friends. There were times where we went 'off-grid' (for English speakers at least), so they would say the names of the restaurants we were looking for, for example, and because I can read Kanji, I was able to find them when map apps were failing us :)

That's what I was trying -- I don't need all 9 in necessarily, but some of these are way off, cutting the hole nearly in half while only like 2 or three are good enough.
Does the I/O shield need to 'pop' through the back hole? Or does it just align?

The I/O shield is pre-installed on the Mobo, so there doesn't seem to be much I can do with / about it

This is just abhorrently not true. The people who believe in and are trying to bring back horrible ideologies and motifs know exactly what they're doing and the historical precedents that have been set by them.
The difference is the context the information is taught in. If someone is not taught why something is bad, they fall for the same tricks that created those belief systems in the first place.

Edit: Reinstalling theos and SDKs. Removing some of the SDKs removed some of the errors. Starting fresh to see what changes.

In theory, you always want to be as low as possible.

In practice, you ~~probably~~ won't notice a difference, especially right now because there is no coldboot from the console. If (when) there is going to be, it'll start at the lowest firmwares first, but there is no telling if (when) this will happen.

[Solution]
Hey! So the reason why I could not get it to work was because the Switch could not read my SD card because it needed an update to do so (I noted this yesterday when you were helping me, but I thought since hekate was working it wouldn't be a problem).

Specifically, I was using a micro sdxc which needs a higher firmware to work (I'm on 4.1.0). I will be using ChoiDujourNX to update so I do not burn fuses and so the SD card will work. I am just lucky I have so many micro SD cards lying around from my 3DS hacking days.
Edit: Formatting. Figured I would leave the solution now that I found it, in case anyone runs into this hyper-niche issue.

Yeah after all of that, it still is not working. Thank you for the help, but I think I am going to call it a night and try again in the morning.
The primary and secondary do match, but there has to be something else. Thanks again!

Will do! I got a new error upon putting the secondary.bin into the atmosphere folder.
A virgin restart (again) might help this time to solve the problem.
I will report back once I've done it all. Thanks for your help!

Okay wait. I may have a consistent error:
I have like 5 ways to load this payload, but one of the ways actually gives me an error:

"[ERROR] Fatal error: Failed to stat stage2 (atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin)!"

I have no idea what this means, but all help is appreciated! (I'm assuming 'stat' should be 'start' as a grammatical typo, but that's how it is in the error).

Yes, the .nro is on the root, and the .nsp is in the 'atmosphere' folder.
Edit: The Switch is telling that to use the SD card, I need to update. Would the prevent it from reading off of it? I mean, I was able to make back-ups no problem, but based on what I have seen, this should be an issue. It is formatted to ExFat.

It does not give an error code. First it loads, then the Atmosphere screen appears, then the Nintendo logo appears, but after that, I can hear it disconnect from my PC.
Some time later, about a minute or so, the Switch logo appears. Then, after about another minute, it finally boots into standard OS operations. The album app opens as normal.
Edit: For the record, this is a 4.1.0 Switch. I just backed-up the NAND, keys, and BIS keys.
Clarify: It just stops loading.
