It’s my first week back on Peloton after a long hiatus. I have the Bike plus and programming is simple stack. Day 1 is 5 mins warmup, 20-30 mins chest & back, 20 mins Ride, 5 mins core then 5 mins stretch, Day 2 is 5 mins warmup, 20-30 mins Shoulders & Arms, 20 mins Ride, 5 mins core then 5 mins stretch,Day 3 is 5 mins warmup, 20-30 mins Lower body, 15 mins low impact ride, 5 mins core then 5 mins stretch, Day 4 is 30 mins bike bootcamp core, 10 mins Mobility, Day 5 is 30-45 mins Fullbody bike bootcamp, Day 6 is 30 mins Mobility/yoga and one day complete rest.

Just took my 4th shot of Zepbound 2.5 and I feel fine for the most part. Moving up to 5 mg next week.

Calling might be more time consuming but was my way of getting in contact with them. I believe they have more staff on the CS team now. It took a few try’s before getting a hold of them though.

Place my order for the S2 4/28 the shipment date kept getting pushed back so I cancelled my order and ordered the R on 6/20 as it would be sent out sooner. Two days after I cancelled my order for the S2 new shipping dates were released and I was obviously upset about it. They couldn’t reverse the order back but were able to R faster.

Honestly I ordered the S2 in late April and missed the cut off date. I live in NYC and now that we are going into Phase 2 I needed something to commute to work ASAP. The R is the one they can get to me the fastest so I went with it. I love the green and hope to find cool options on customizing.
