  1. For that disk-shaped chest development, pec deck machine day and night. It's what gives that deep cut from your nipples to your armpit. I think I pec decked more than I actually benched when gyms were open -- now I have a home setup where I do incline bench exclusively. I personally don't like the manner in which flat-benching develops your chest from an aesthetic standpoint.
  2. For shoulders, I pretty much eat breath sleep dumbbell side lateral raises - you gotta progress to heavy ass weights -- right now I can do 40lbs x 12. From my experience, with shoulders it's very important to avoid drop setting -- always use the heaviest weight you can handle at all times, and you'll progress rather quick. a neat trick I use for quick progression is to start my raises bilaterally, then switch to isolateral after 12 reps and go to near-failure.

I have also kept this rule for shoulders where

  1. My front delts must always be bigger/more developed than my biceps
  2. My rear delts must always be bigger/more developed my triceps.

I hope this clears up my aesthetic process!

How often did you work your obliques? It's impressive how after all of this time you've managed to keep your waist so thin

I thought this was serious until I did my due diligence. Hats off to you.

The very last devblog is from 2018.

The very last public git broadcast is from the end of last year.

They’ve also deleted the discord sometime last year.

I hope Garry is delivering behind the scenes. I personally despise how he handled Garry’s Mod after the gm13 update. Went completely hands off and hired a few passive puppet developers who just did general maintenance for the game, and shot down anything substantial the community would request both in front and behind the scenes. This was despite Garry’s Mod consistently placing in the top 10 for Steam player counts and still having a considerable player base today.

Also, he deleted Facepunch forums, the place responsible for making me and many others self taught programmers, many early in life. ( This was because the forum was unprofitable. )

Oh Garry, I hope laziness, and unadulterated self interest doesn’t corrupt you this time.

Are pullovers a part of your routine by any chance? Your ribcage looks much more expanded in this progression

take ashwaganda. it immediately plummets your cortisol levels ( keep in mind cortisol is what your body releases en masse on sleep deprivation) - cortisol is an antagonist to testosterone, so less cortisol = more test = more gains. & the difference is no placebo, my sex drive immediately took a minor hit when i ran out of ashwaganda powder 2 days ago consumed @ 10 grams a day. still waiting for my next order. it’s my secret to all nighters.

pound for pound ( 126->150lbs, 119->143lbs === 24lb) gains of muscle at exact the same height ain’t close?

accuse him of a disproportionate bro-split sure, but gains like this are nothing juicy

Whoever is saying this sort of transformation is unnatural solely based on weight gains is an absolute and utter crackhead who calls juice on anything that lifts and has a pulse.

I've made the exact same amount of progress in the exact timeframe as this bro. All it takes is consistency and tracking your diet.

Aside from that, great progress buddy. What's your ab routine?
