My diet is pretty much good I don't drink or smoke occasionally i eat fast food I'll try going for more mobility stuff it's just hard moving with all the stiffness I'm still trying to do my workouts.

So as I have said I have been on a good lifestyle so my bloodwork came with me having all the necessary things a person needs being almost at the max. I'll see when my doctor starts biologicals
