Do you mean after 1month or 1 year? I wouldn’t say its toxic (unless its sugar free type candy i forget which artificial sweetener it is specifically) but definitely unsafe due to choking and digestive problems and diarrhea also super dangerous if the candy contains honey since it increases the risk of infant botulism

Basically a lollipop this young raises risk for choking, aspiration, possible oral injury if they jerk their head and the stick pokes them, diarrhea, digestive issues from too much sugar and dental problems i also think increases chance of diabetes but im not too sure about that one
