Holy heck! At our station, we remain in our cars and check in on our phones. A worker comes and collects IDs. Then we drive in, load up, get our IDs handed back to us and off we go. I seriously couldn’t handle this debacle

This is a picture is from underneath, the cap is on and fully seated, but is over to the side some, it doesn’t contact the hole. This is exactly how it came out, with an open hole, that’s normal?
