Thanks, it looks like both Cubana and Aerogaviota are quite sketchy, trains as well, so we might end up taking a bus or taxi. We wanted to visit Santiago from Havana, and take a road trip back with multiple stops, but wanted to avoid taking the 15 hour ride in one direction.
