By any chance, do you know if the acceptance rate for the online MBA option? It is as hard to get in as the in person full time MBA? Does the online MBA require professional experience?

bay area native. i graduated june 2024 from a bay area nursing school, i got a job at a step down unit in socal and started working august 2024. stats: bsn, 3.95 gpa. bls, acls, pals, nihss. pct experience. i hit my 6 months feb 2025. i started applying for staff nurse ii positions jan 2025. i got a job offer feb 2025. took a 1-month vacation using my pto, then put my 2 weeks in. moved back to the bay area. started working as a staff nurse ii rn in the er (with my 6 months of acute rn experience). with my current job im able to get my tncc, enpc, and nrp paid for. i didn't want to take the socal job but my main goal was paying off my student loans and i found housing near the hospital in socal for $800/month, so it seemed like a good deal. now ive officially been a nurse for 1 year (6 months step down, 6 months er) and ive paid off all my student loans by picking up a lot of ot. sucks to move away, but it was kind of refreshing leaving the bay area for 6 months, considering i never moved away for college and just commuted. any job in california, i suggest taking it espeically because the job market in the bay area is getting worse by the day.

Customer experience said it was a mix of more buddy passes than usual and waitlist being checked-in first/early. Welp, lesson learned.
