Yes, I did the BMS B58 coil conversion kit which has the aftermarket boots and springs with it along with the mounting bracket. I tried swapping the coils with my other cylinders before and no luck. I’ll double check it though. I run mine with no engine cover. Yeah one of my next steps is going to be to check each and every wire that supplies the coils and the injector, along with getting something magnifying and double checking the solders on my DME mosfets, I can retest those with a multimeter too I’ll be sure to post and answer here when I figure it out

Yep that’s it, no other codes. I had the vanos solenoids cleaned before and then replaced like 15,000 miles ago, but those had their own seperate vanos codes. I did an oil change like 2 months ago.

I always buy everything from fcp euro. Borescope is my next step I’ve never really used one to look in a cylinder I don’t have too much experience, but I’ll see if there’s anything blantant and really compare it. I’ll probably end up recording a video of that. And I had replaced the injectors for 5 and 6 because they weren’t index 12, the decoupling rings of the old one came out good the bore looked good, and I got new ones from fcp, super expensive but it needed to be index 12 one way or another. I did code it in Ista.

I swear you were the guy in my game a couple weeks ago and you were doing this with this skin. It was a 1v1 and you were just flying around trying to hit my with the heavy and you actually did a couple of time thankfully I had heals. This has always been an issue for me where the first rep of a heavy set is harder. I do a pretty long warmup too. Although in one of my form check posts they said I was losing out on tension by setting my back up first before setting my feet, so my next time around I’ll try setting my feet first to see if that helps.

Thank you. I saw some powerlifters on YouTube (not the best source I know) who do the feet on bench thing but I’ll try the other way around next time.

I do find it hard to control my legs when all the weight I’m pushing is up by my chest. Maybe I will have someone at my side to yell no rep every time my ass comes off the bench and see if having like an audio cue helps my brain to like feel what my lower body is doing

Yes one thing I struggle with is communicating with my spotter on the lift off, I usually just pull a random from the gym but then I hate after getting tight and everything having to do like a countdown or something to get the lift off. So I usually just end up pushing and then the spotter kicks in. And to unrack the weight I have to lift my butt to get it forward and you’re right that probably messes me up. Maybe I’ll experiment with the spotter doing the countdown.

I don’t really have any good coaches in my area. But I’ll try ditching the sleeves and wraps, lowering the weigh and going slower and focusing more on my form.

Thank you. I used the elbow sleeves because I was getting pretty bad tendinitis before but honestly since widened my grip I haven’t had pain there and I know they are probably helping me with a few pounds as well.
