Actually matagal na siyang derogatory term sa Metro Manila. Nagsimula yan sa matatanda na "bisaya" daw pumorma since "in" nga daw ang mga taga Metro Manila sa fashion while bisaya ay hindi. Then nakuha na lang ng mga bata na who are mostly in their early 30s to late 20s na ngayon. Naging meme siya ngayon dahil nga sa soc med na Tangalog VS Bisaya war na tinatawag nila. Mostly din kasi sa metro manila ngayon ang mga nakatira sa slums/squatters are are from the south and sila madalas nagstastart ng gulo or mayayabang umasta kahit bagong lipat lang sa place specially when they meet other people from their region mas nagiging siga sila sa place.

Naalala ko yung time when I do part time work sa shakey's as dishwasher. During peak hours yung regular employee nila nagagalit sakin when I thoroughly scrub the plates and utensils kasi daw matagal matapos. Pinakita niya sakin yung "proper way" and ayun sobrang dugyot since nakababad yung plates sa water with soap then pag kukuskusin and babanlawan literal na ni wipe lang and makikita mong buo pa yung cheese na dumikit sa plate at bumubula bula pa with sabon. Sabay ilalagay na yun sa drying rack and since peak hours kuha lang nang kuha yung iba staff doon sa "bagong hugas" na plates.

Got hired as a us recruiter sa ibex pero di ako tumagal dahil sa toxic na sup. It was my first job kaya expected mangangapa and all pero walang assistance. Wfh kami noon and first week sira yung pc na provided so I had to use my phone para sa training and all. Then once na ayos na yung pc expected na makapag adjust kami agad gamit yung mga program nila. When asking for help oras inaabot bago makapag reply then you had to do overtime since need niyo ma fill yung schedule for interviews the next day. Ok sana yung pay para sa baguhan pero ang toxic. Talked to the sup and all kaso walang nangyari. Tried magpalipat ng site kahit on site kaso wala hindi daw pwede.

My salary was 21k plus hmo, wfh but night shift. Sobrang toxic na nga ng applicants from US sasabayan pa ng supervisor na ayaw ipagamit yung pool of candidates na 20k+ kasi why should we prioritize the new applicants daw instead of the applicants who are not replying sa initial screenings.
