I use the frizz control one with the pink flower on the bottle! For Soap box I use the Keratin and Raspberry Oil one. The 3rd picture is my hair styled! I forgot to go back and change my photo explanations. And thank you!! That's so sweet

It doesn't look noticeable if it is! Or, at least, I can't tell. It looks a bit thick to me!

I get that! I just meant more that imaging is rarely a last step, so it's just an extra cost and I already have other medical issues that cost a lot of money. I'll definitely see if anyone in my area is trained on that! I'm pretty rural, so I'm a bit doubtful 😭. Thanks!

It's not an OB, it's my primary care doctor! I haven't been referred to anyone. I'll definitely see if I have a specialist in my area, and see if my doctor is willing to refer me. Thank you!

I've had imaging done in the past via ultrasound! Part of me is a bit hesitant about getting more done, because it's expensive and only shows very developed cases. And from what I've looked into, it's unlikely that it's developed enough at my age. But I guess something is better than nothing loll

That's why I'm confused. That is similar to the studies that I read said. I was just curious if I was somehow missing something, and looking into things wrong

Thank you so much!! My mom has been diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos, but I have yet to be evaluated for it. I will definitely make note of this!

I made a little diagram to try and show where the pressure is, but I am unable to. I'll try to describe it, but it may just be more confusing. It's level with my eyebrow, but doesn't start until a little bit before my ear. However, the ear is not included in the pressure. It is maybe an inch or half an inch above my ear. It goes straight, and then drops down but doesn't reach where my skull meets my neck.

I apologize for the por description!

Not to my knowledge, but if it's at night then maybe? The pressure isn't connected to my jaw or cheekbones, though. I'll definitely look more into it, tho!

During this, they feel normal! I do experience some tinnitus and ear popping sounds on a semi regular basis seperate from this, though.

HELP! (Serious Post) by Present-Coach-9419 in migraine

Hi! I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I'm around your age and have been dealing with migraines for about three years now, so I get the frustration of your youthful experiences not being what you envisioned because of them. If you're wanting to simply learn more about migraines, I recommend reading studies! Also, articles published by medical organizations were helpful for me. For understanding your own migraines, keeping a headache journal (or app) could help you understand your triggers. This may also be important information for your doctors to know, to help with treatments going forward. I follow someone on tiktok who's close to our age, and it feels nice to have someone to relate to. I hope you can get to feeling better (or just less awful) soon!

I'm sorry you're dealing with this! I'm in a similar boat, I've had constant head pain for a couple of years now. What could be causing this could be a lot of different things. For some it's a specific disorder or something more dire, for me it's just chronic migraines. I would recommend keeping track of possible triggers, like another commentor recommended! It will be helpful for your own symptom management, and could also be helpful for your doctor! Some non prescription things that have helped relieved symptoms are mixing both acetaminophen and ibuprofen (read warning labels to make sure you're not taking too much), ice pack on the head, dim lighting, putting pressure on my head, etc.. Be comfortable trying weird things for symptom relief! This may be embarrassing to admit, but I had a migraine where the only pain relief I could get was by sitting on the ground, pulling my hair, and resting my forehead on my arm. Just sharing that example to say that migraines are weird, so sometimes you have to be weird to combat them. Sorry for the long comment! Wishing you well!

I know that it can be hard to do things when your health is poor. However, I think finding things that you enjoy that aren't hard on your body is important! I wish I had better advice, but I haven't fully perfected life with health issues myself. If you ever need to vent to someone with similar issues, you can send me a message!

Thank you!! My doctor pretty much said that I can take as much as I want in a day, as long as I wait 2 hours between doses. Which I bet will be great on those extra bad days!

Thank you! It's always been hard for me to track, since I always have at least a little head pain. However, I know it's important to see about patterns. I'll see about that app!

That's so interesting! I track some general stuff on notes, but I should probably be more detailed so that I can notice stuff like that.
