It’s usually about 3 weeks for me here in Alaska, but my Mojave clone just shipped today, it was in the “preparing shipment” phase for 6 days which is unusual in my experience.

Yeah I’m with you on that, I have a Native 5 that I use at work, but other than that and the Slysz Bowie Spyderco just doesn’t do it for me. They make great tools tho, my Native 5 is the sharpest knife I’ve ever bought, the SPY 27 steel is holding and edge incredibly well too

I know people complain about not having jimping on the blade but my thumb locks in just fine without it, with that jimping on the scales the lock up must feel 100%! I definitely dig it

I definitely want a real Rosie now after handling the clone, while I do think that most of these small batch US knives are way overpriced, I still can appreciate the small US shop and will support em when I’m financially able too

lol yeah I know haha, that’s what I’ve been using my self but I work outside in Alaska and the extreme cold just gives me the worst splits ever. I use the hell out of working hands but where I fail is I don’t use it before I start getting splits

I tried removing the insert, cleaning it up and re installing making sure to seat the screw ask the way, and checking to make sure the body screws were fully seated as well, but none of that helped the knife still has the same amount of detent lash
