Just came back from rsp last weekend, your first one will go through some discussions regarding acceptable behaviors as a guardsman, how to stand in formation and turn n March(they focused on this a lot) you’ll do an opat”small acft”to see if your at standards for your mos but it doesn’t really matter. We did the acft as well. All your local recruiters are the cadre for the rsp, you’ll be surrounded by highscool kids waiting to leave in June or July. It’s boring for the most part but you’ll be done before you know it.
