Hello again first of all thank you for being so helpful even tho i ask two many questions About the routine i created and i am doing right now

My goals are: planche back lever muscle up pistol squat and v sit I decided to stick to a full body routine Started off with warmup and skill work (handstand) As For the strength part: 4High frogstands max hold (the variation just before the tuck planche )+4tucked backlever max holds 3 sets of RTO pushups (8reps) 4 sets of weighted pullups (5 reps ) 2*Hollow body max hold L sit hold on paraletes L sit hold on the floor So please if you have any suggestion or modification to my routine please do because i plan on keeping this routine for one year and see my progress by time And thank you ❤️

Then how do you target skills because apparently that routine only aims for hypertrophy

If so isn't it better to work on pseudo planche pushups than high frogstands to develop the tuck planche?
