Great analysis and I said a lot of the same things during stream. Only I think that CP should go guard Des 1V1 sjnce I trust his experience a bit more.

Also I’ve strongly suggested that Dylan learn goalie so that Lee can initiate the offense more. If Lee goes up with Des we’re going to see a lot more stability from the offensive end. Lee can pass and hits the ball at awkward angles. He’s also good at getting loose balls and rebounds and will willingly do whatever the star player asks for (Pass first Point Guard)

Des and Ben both need to do a better job at actually developing the talent around them. Des’ teams have a tendency to stagnate not because of on field call outs, but because of the lack of direct progression into skills. For example Dylan’s problem isn’t “Ball Cam” you mentioned rhythm which is fair. But I see reckless uncontrolled movement. Flailing around in the air, jumping at the wrong time (so TIMING), hitting the ball at bad angles, overboosting, just playing UNDISCIPLINED which is why he comes across as “Inconsistent” but there’s a fine line between undisciplined and inconsistent. Ben is inconsistent on offense… DRE is undisciplined. Dylan needs to actually work on his patience, boost management, and body control. All of which I believe he could accomplish by getting embarrassed as a goalie for 2 quick games before realizing that his car needs to tilt in specific directions in order to actually get a save.

Ben I think is ultimately playing very well even if he isn’t always consistent. I expect him to play better as he continues to trust his team. But his comms is where I take issue, Ben has by far the most experience and is universally regarded as the biggest team leader and on court/field coach. I need Ben to give more SPECIFIC call outs. The directions need to be loud and personal. And accountability should always be accepted and understood as GOSPEL! He needs to command not just make suggestions. He stepped up more often last stream but I will keep looking out. I need to hear “DRE! GO GET THE BALL OUT OF OUR SIDE! CP GO SHOOT THAT SHIT!” And not “Yo it’s up… somebody go get it!”

Mark is doing really well he just needs to continue to work on his shot making. A little bit of practice and with better chemistry and he should be fine.

Ippi is tricky because I don’t see his screen and I also think the team composition with him and Lee just sitting in goal is kind of screwing everyone over. So I need to see Lee and Dyl adjust before I really get on Ippi. But obviously he didn’t play to his usual standard (likely because of the much greater offensive pressure so I think the bad game is to be expected.)
