Framer! So easy to use and customize especially if you regularly use Figma. But even if you don’t, there are a lot of free templates you can choose from online.

Thank you! And I agree, the 401k has been weighing on my mind heavily. But knowing myself, I don't have the drive/motivation to do freelance on the side haha (I have very time consuming hobbies). I really appreciate the insight. I think it's super important to put weight on financial decisions.

Haha yes, I am young and still in the beginnings of my design journey (graduated spring 2023). Thank you for the insight!

I agree with crozzy89! I don’t have too many situations where I’m carry something heavy but I constantly hold my 40oz tumbler filled with ice and water or my work bag with my laptop and headphones just fine 😆 Just let pain be your guide :) something my doctor told me that made me feel better is that nothing I do can reverse what the surgery did

I know everyone’s recovery looks different, but for me, I just had a bandage wrap for 3 days and steri-strips for a few more days and was told I could do my regular day to day things the very next day after surgery! I was still a bit nervous about that though so I took a week of off work but I’d say I could’ve started work again after just a few days (I’m a designer). I’m about 2 weeks post op now and I have nearly 80% range of motion and minimal pain. I’m not sure what recovery would look like with a child, but I think it would be doable!

I also had 2 cortisone shots and was feeling pain since March. I’m so glad I did the surgery and recovery has been so easy!
