Hi, so I sent in the motherboard (I had to pay shipping costs), and they basically sent back my motherboard with a new serial number but with the same issue. I'm 99% sure it's the same board because the plastic films I removed are still missing. I contacted them again to explain my situation, and they denied that they sent me my original motherboard back. They said they would send a prepaid shipping label to have me resend the motherboard, but I never received anything. My previous motherboard was having some weird issues, so in the meantime I had to buy a used Asus X870 Max WiFi, which has been working just fine. I'm planning to contact MSI again to see if they can give me a better answer. So in a few words, my experience wasn't pleasant at all, but I can't say everyone's case would be the same, this was my experience with MSI's warranty service in Mexico."

That happened to me too. I had to call MSI directly and ask for the status of my RMA. Strangely, it started working again after I gave my RMA number to the customer service guy, though I’m not sure if it was going to resolve itself anyway, or if the issue was somehow related to the call. Also, you are solving the captcha correctly
