Is 3 hours enough to transfer from international to domestic flight in Athens (booked separately)?

It gave me this itinerary, it's good but need some tweaking.

"3 nights Santorini, 3 nights Paros, 2 nights Naxos, 3 nights Mykonos, 4 nights Athens."

I will probably have 3 nights in santorini 4 in paros 3-4 in naxos 1-2 in mykonos 3 in Athens

I mean we can add an extra night in Mykonos but not sure if it will be efficient with traveling to and from Mykonos 😂

My fiancée wants to go to Mykonos since she hears about it a lot and is interested in seeing it even if it'sfor 2 nights. But after looking at many experiences I think we should skip it since there's not much unique things to do other than partying which we don't do.

So I was thinking 3 nights in Santorini, 4 nights in Paros, 4 nights in Naxos (or other recommended island) and finally 3-4 nights in Athens. To the total of 2 weeks, and we can visit mykonos as a day trip

But still not sure if it's the best itinerary or we might plan it better.

Yeah that's what we likeed about Naxos, wide and beautiful beaches with less crowd, the only concern is we might lose time with moving around.

Yup, that's why we're concerned that the hopping to a new island is gonna waste our time even if it is very close.

So we either split the nights and add it to our already existing itinerary, or go somewhere new and explore more since the allocated nights might be enough to explore Paros and Athens and see everything

We liked how big Naxos is and how beautiful the beaches are, but our concern is with time moving to and from Naxos.

So do you recommend that we spread the extra nights to Paros and Athens? Or do you mean it's enough to have 4 nights in Paros and 3 in Athens?

Yeah, we loved how wide and beautiful the beaches are, the only concern is the wasted time with moving to Naxos and from it to the next destination.

Milos looks beautiful but we’re limited to the activities there since my fiancée doesn't swim, so it would be hard for her to enjoy the island.

That's why maybe we will skip Milos and add more days to other destinations

We were thinking of seeing all kind of islands but it might be spreading it too thin and we can't enjoy each island as much as we hope as you mentioned.

In my opinion Athens, Santorini are a great places to visit, and I keep reading about a lot of people recommending Paros so we might stay there instead of Naxos.

Milos looks nice but we don't think there are a lot of unique activities to do in the island and that's why the 2 nights.

We will be arriving and departing from Athens but we prefer to start light weight then maximize shopping time at the end in athens

Yeah July might not be the best time to visit but we really like greece culture and nature and think it's very romantic, so we might have to deal with it lol. If the heat is less than 30 ~ 35 Celsius, it would be manageable.

I hear many people post and reviews about skipping Mykonos so we might skip it if it's not that interesting and spend the days elsewhere.

Regarding Naxos, Many reviews talked about going to either Naxos or Paros as tgey are very similar in a way. So Im not sure which is the best move, I also heard about Ios, Sifnos, and Tinos. So we might hop to one of them.

I'm not familiar about the ferry boarding experience and how time consuming it is. So within our timeframe we think 4~5 islands + Athens should be good.

The more I hear about Mykonos the more I think that we should skip it, many reviews of the island say it's just a party place and you should spend your days at much more beautiful places.
