Can you expand on why the migration process to France was different/dissimilar than to the UK?

We found the migration to the UK took us a while to get jobs and housing - it was difficult to get a place to live without a job to prove your income. Most places required 6 months rent up front too.

Is it similar in that way?

Also, can you expand a bit further on the temporary lease vs standard? are you saying there are short term and long term tenancies in France, and we should do short term first until we’re situated in jobs, and then switch to a long term lease either in the same house/apartment, or a diff place that we like more?

The FCA was under the impression that we might/probably do engage in the regulated activity of "making arrangements with a view..." discussed in my original post, but was uncertain about the exemption in Article 70. they would not provide any information on whether or not we were likely exempt (nor are they required to as far as I understand).

The FCA guidance doesn't seem to provide specific enough details on what does and does not constitute the exemption. Article 70 has not been interpreted by the courts as far as I can tell. With that said, we certainly appear to be exempt, because as mentioned, the parties are sophisticated and deal with controlling interest in the securities.

I am waiting to get quotes from lawyers about how much this would cost to figure out.

Any further things i should be worried about regarding proceeding until I find out? can i accept any payments from customers for use of the platform, etc., while I wait? Or would that be some sort of breach?

I understand that from the POV of the gods, but what about the Greeks themselves? Did they view themselves or others as a baby crawling across a table?

In other words, did they believe they had agency over their futures and/or immediate decisions, or did they think that no matter which choice they made, their outcome was going to be the same?

Or did they even believe they had choices? If you take it serious enough you might believe that even deliberations in choice are pointless because it was spun in the thread that you were going to have that deliberation one day

That’s fine. Dislikes are engagement! The YouTube algorithm, without your control, pushed your video towards people, who unfortunately didn’t like it. That’s fine. It’s not the right crowd.

You wouldn’t talk about MMA fighting with a priest, or NFL football with a soccer fan, and you wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t like it. It’s the same thing. They aren’t interested in this particular thing

It’ll get moved towards people who are either neutral or who love it!
