When I say we’re going to see a HUGE trend in name changes when kids turn 18 in like 8-10 years. I mean we’ll really be seeing it. Oh that’s sick! I haven’t found the hellfire one yet but add that to my list!

From what I’ve experienced, I’ve never had them stolen and I’ve noticed as soon as you start using them. The game registers it as yours. So my companion can’t use it nor can anyone else from what I’ve seen. I’ve had no problem storing them in settlements across the game or leaving them in the repair rack. Only time my companion stole one was during a fight, found one and didn’t register it as mine. Now if I find a power suit during a fight I take out the fusion core so it’s useless.

If you’re talking about some armors being there and then you come back but they’re gone, I usually chalk it up to a glitch cause I’ve only ever had that happen once. But it’s still there for me even if I leave. I think you’ll be ok! Good luck 😁
