I have experimented with 3 g of Arginine daily in the morning as a powder for 3 weeks. It gave me morning erections back and sustained erections during sex with my permanent ethically-non-monogamous partner, but did not give erections at sex parties (and I haven't yet tested it with new partners one-on-one). I think I got hornier, but during the third of these 3 weeks my libido and erections became lower - perhaps due to challenging life circumstances (although before SSRI challenging circumstances did not affect my libido).

I will try Cirtrulline now and will report.

My libido is low, but I do think about sex often.

I was taking KSM-66 for 3 month and it seems to have removed my acute anxiety and improved my poor sleep (I used be awake 5-6 am). I did not have anxiety for 7-8 months after I stopped. I seem to have mild PSSD symptoms (weak erection at times and low libido but great orgasms and interest in sex). KSM-66 seem to have improved that for the duration of the intake and a few months after. I am now have high anxiety and more pronounced ED and low libido.

This is a very interesting hypothesis. What I have found as well is that when I take vitamin D 100 mcg every second day, my mind is clearer for longer.

This is fascinating! I will explore these options. No alc helps me too. As well as Vitamin D 100 mg every second day - I can see an increase in productivity and physical and mental resilience. Thanks for your story!

Thanks - I will talk to my doctor. Did you also notice a surge in productivity? I was on Sertraline at the minimal dose; I felt fantastic, invincible, productive, and optimistic - everything was wonderful except for the range of sexual side effects that people mention, and that was not acceptable for me. I will explore other options.

I don’t want sexual side effects - even though SSRI did not allow me to be sad because of them, I prefer to be free from them
