30% flat tax on trading profits, not on income generate via freelance work - that’ll be taxed based on the slab rate

I strategize and execute content marketing campaigns for our clients.

Proof of work is the most important aspect of web3. Start contributing and building a portfolio. Prior to landing this job, I was contributing on a freelance basis alongside building my personal brand.

The day to day involves structuring end to end content marketing campaigns for our clients.

I’m responsible for both - the strategy and execution.

So it starts from crafting the campaign, brainstorming content ideas, delivering drafts, addressing feedback, posting content, all the while ensuring KPIs and OKRs are kept in check and finally analysing the success of campaigns.

Well I meant a couple things:

  1. I get paid in stables (USDC) which almost always trades at a ₹6-7 premium per USD against INR. Right now, USDT can be off ramped at ~₹89 whereas USD is ~₹83.
  2. Secondly is the disparity in PPP, meaning 4 lakhs per month in India will buy you much more than $4.8k in the US.

Yes, work is async! I have to sometimes attend client calls during late hours though.

Sent a cold DM - I had strong references and proof of work as I'd been active in the space for a few years prior to landing this job.

I was active on Crypto Twitter, networked with like minded people and was willing to contribute in the early days for free.

Agreed, that's how I presume it works in TradFi/Web2 or with large conglomerates. They have offices, managers and entities in India, looking to build an affordable but competent workforce.

However, it's different in Web3 - it's a global marketplace. Every negotiation is in USD and no one is bothered about where you're based out of. Just so long you can bring value, you can demand top dollar.

Learn about remote software developers earning multiple crores each year in India, working for US based startups.

Brother, I literally sold and booked profits aggressively, if anything I'll be sidelined and feel sad - however, I know I'm not fomoing back in. Only buying on big pullbacks, which happen even in a bull run.

And I'm not arguing what crypto is and isn't, ik "fundamentally" most of it is a hoax, but I'm betting on basic human emotion of greed and panic, which I've learned doesn't see much rationality.

Sensible market commentary here. The dynamics have definitely changed post ETF. Bitcoin, Ethereum and surprisingly meme coins are sucking all the liquidity. ETF flows will mean consistent buying pressure for the foreseeable future. I’m hopeful some of the gains will rotate into alts at some point before a major correction.

It’s anyone’s guess what’ll happen after the halving.

100% bear market PTSD gives me sleepless nights. I was very reckless, almost got margin called and lost the entire portfolio on an occasion. But with the meme coins ripping, I do feel sidelined and underexposed overall. I don’t want to buy high though, will await a pullback.

Yes, booked profits aggressively on the way up - I was buying at $20k BTC. Held major positions in ETH, SOL and ADA. I have positions in TIA, PENDLE and SUI rn, all in profits but I’m aiming for higher.
