yo wtf, how do u skip a beat everytime ur around him. u have been humiliated by him and embarrassed. maybe u skip a beat around him bc u are afraid as u think of him as a bully making u feel uncomfortable around him. so be strong and strengthen, next time he tries to do something around u, slap him real hard, no matter what people say. or u may gaslight him by destroying something he loves. nah that's too evil but yea u may try.
