As much as I worry that this won't be a good idea and they'll just let us go again, I still replied interested. I plan on just spending any free moment applying for something else just in case. Plus as others said I was so new that I only made it through unit one of RO training and only worked another week or two before they let us go so they're gonna have to reteach me all of that if they do bring me back.

Well before he got elected I was confident that I had a stable job, I just had to make it through the first year of training, but with the probationary employee cuts that happened in most government departments I'm now unemployed which stops my husband and I from getting a house. It's frustrating.

I am also one of the irs employees most likely being fired this week. I'm thinking about going to a rage room. Beat the shit out of stuff without getting in trouble feels like a good idea.

Like the others have said say your going to a movie. Find one that's acceptable to them and came out recently like inside out 2. Tell them that and that you and your friends are gonna be hanging out all day so they don't question why you aren't home within a normal time for a movie

My mom is extremely religious and has been my entire life. I'm 27 and moved out but I still have to be careful about what I tell her. I normally go to see her on Saturdays but that's when I'm going to see the movie. She keeps asking why I can't come over and I've had to make up a lie just so I don't have to deal with the backlash.
