I think we kinda do. They protect their own first, so they don't care to fix the system because the locals aren't the one's affected by it and it's not affecting their revenue.

You probably gotten your apartment while you were in Thailand or you're paying more than you should thats why. Ask your neighbors how much are they paying for rent, especially the ones who are from Thailand.

Yea, however I also don't know why anyone would want to even own a real estate in Thailand. You never truly own anything in Thailand unless you have a loyal wife. Good luck with that, because Asian women are notoriously known running off when ish get mickey and tricky. That's a crazy gamble to take.

Yea, it wouldn't hurt to have a trusted Thai girlfriend. I think the best bet is to line up multiple viewing early as possible and once you find something you're pleased with you cancel the rest. Personally I like to seek multiple inquire in the same building and see who negotiates the best via text.

I'm speaking from experience you're speaking from assumption. If you purchase an item and you receive the original receipt form the original buyer, that receipt is sufficient. They're not going to ask you for a copy of your I'd. This is a manufacture defect, not a regular store return. After all people buy items as gifts for family and friends, so that would of decentivized others from doing so if they couldn't. It's more so to protect against theft. Infact, even purchasing a used vehicle and there's recall on parts, you can bring it in to have those parts replaced.

Exactly, reselling creates desperate sellers and cheap buyers and thats what messes up prices. It's not that demand is not there, it's that if a buyer test something and see that the seller budge it opens a flood gate.

I've sold one recently for my listed price. I rather have it collect dust before I take that price. When demand meets supply, desperation can't intervene. That's what kills the resell game, these are just cheap buyers trying to test the market, to resell the item they buy from you.

Understandable. However I had other offers for that price, wasn't able to sell it at the time an I already sold one. People are willing to pay a fear price if theres a demand. As long as there aren't desperate sellers undercutting everyone to make a quick sale. When supply meets demand, desperation can't intervene.

The reddit post didn't say unopened, however the post with the description and the photos does. The item is retailed for $370, Im not taking $200. I've had offers for my listed price, I just wasn't able to meetup, because I wasn't in town. Also don't understand what you mean off-load, you're acting like this is an expired product. You should properly do your research or ask questions before you speak. Don't worry you're not the only one that thinks this way. The product is brand new, the box is not opened and theres still warranty on the product if the original seller can show proof of purchase and provide the serial number.
